Roanoke Vista is a 26-acre shopping center strategically positioned at the intersection of SH 114 and SH 377 adjacent to one of the most prolific, sales-producing shopping centers in North Texas. The Retailers and Restaurants at this intersection represent the majority of retail in the city of Roanoke and produce gross retail sales in excess of $400 million annually. This is the shopping destination of choice for this trade area. The Dallas Business Journal reports the Walmart at this location to be among the Top 20 in the Nation.
Surrounding Area. Roanoke Vista is surrounded by several of the “Richest [mid-size] Cities in the Nation” in the nation1. Population growth trends and income demographics for a 7-mile radius show an area that is growing, thriving and prospering despite a changing overall economy.
The new $96 million, 500,000 square-foot Byron Nelson High School is only 2 minutes from Roanoke Vista via Marshall Creek Road. It is one of the largest schools in Texas, just opened August 2009 to serve the rapidly-growing Northwest ISD. The addition of this high school, along with the new elementary school and middle schools close by will continue to spur new home sales in the area.
